Chair Yoga at the Wright! Thursday mornings 9am Oct. 9 - 30th
It's true. After a long summer of rehabbing my back, I am ready to teach Chair Yoga!
Classes will be held at the Wright Community Room (around back).
9am, Thursdays, October 9, 16, 23 & 30th.

Chair Yoga is a gentle stretch class focused on mindful body movements through slow and supported use of a chair. These classes encourage a wellness connection with the mind and body to help release tension, improve movement patterns, increase range of motion, and enhance overall wellbeing. (Flexibility NOT required.) Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
