Survey of Interest for Women Lifting Weights in post-menopausal years, mobility oriented. Studies show that women who lift weights into their golden years spend less time in hospitals, nursing homes, and live independently longer.  NPR interview  BIG ASK/SHARE: I have been approached to speak on Why Women need Weights into their Wily years! (post-menopause strength training).  Simple Answer: maintain your independence! (and it's never too late!)   Would you or someone you know benefit from a daytime class with accessible resistance  training? Specifically--a fitness class that uses chairs and hand weights to maintain mobility.    Here is a survey on Days and Times you (or a Golden Year woman you love) might be interested in a class.
