Legends Yoga -- Basic Stretch and Mobility -- For those who identify as an inflexible guy. A not-yoga yoga class to improve flexibility and mobility through fundamental and uncomplicated "yoga" -- all the good stuff, none of the hooey BS. Designed to improve your golf swing or enhance play time with your grandkids. This class will help you trust your back again and maybe, someday, touch your toes. To sign up, go to Saturdays at 8am. 

Saturdays -- FREE! Outdoors, Seasonal at Fellin Park, no sign-up required. Friday night emails & posting on social media for inclement weather."

Flow Yoga focuses on body strength as an integrated facet of yoga, and meditation as the integral experience. In Flow Yoga there is an emphasis on alignment and breath flowing together to create a synergistic spirit. The pace is deliberate and through modification the class can be made accessible to most. You will practice finding strength and flexibility, opening the body as well as the mind. Some fluid mobility is recommended. 

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. PLEASE ALWAYS consult your DOCTOR before beginning this or any other exercise program, especially if you have any chronic or recurring condition, and/or if you are pregnant, nursing, or elderly.
